Capsule: Characters & Trap(CP-E61)

his is the 3rd volume in the Characters & Traps series!

Characters & Trap Pack Vol.1 here

Characters & Trap Pack Vol.2 here

The theme this time is “Dark Characters.”
You’ll find classic fantasy villains such as cruel tyrant kings, wicked queens,

and unbearably arrogant princes and princesses.
On top of that, this pack also focuses on modern-day “villains”:

an exhausted office worker crushed by overtime, a boss raging over mistakes,
a spiteful female manager who looks ready to drop a sarcastic comment at any moment,

plus the real masterminds of misery – corrupt politicians and law-breaking black-company CEOs.

These sprites work great in fantasy RPGs, modern settings, school stories, social-issue dramas,

black-company narratives, dark comedies and more—any time you need
a clearly “human enemy” rather than just another monster.
Use them to paint your world in a deliciously dark shade of human evil.

How these sprites are made

These sprites are not simple one-click AI outputs. I use generative AI only at the rough idea stage to explore poses and shapes. After that I redraw and clean everything by hand in Photoshop: fixing anatomy, adjusting palettes, removing jaggies pixel by pixel, and testing each monster inside RPG Maker to make sure the scale and clarity feel right in-game.

Because this workflow mixes AI assistance with a lot of manual polishing, I kindly ask that you don’t use these files as training data for new AI models. Small creators rely on direct asset sales, and turning finished packs into free training datasets makes it harder to keep releasing new work. If you like this style, I’d be very happy if you use the sprites themselves in your games instead.

Why this exists

In previous character packs we focused mainly on fantasy adventurers and everyday people.
For this 3rd volume, we wanted a set that pushes “clearly villainous characters” to the front.

It can feel awkward to make villagers or party members into enemies,
but every sprite in this pack is someone you can defeat with a clear conscience.

They are all perfectly suited to play the role of “the bad guys” in your story.
We’re excited to see what kind of schemes and cri

Included Monsters Names shown are examples.**

• CP-E61. Fencer — A duel-obsessed athlete who treats every random encounter as an official match and is ready to file a complaint over the tiniest scratch.
• CP-E62. Kendo Fighter — The dojo’s star swordsman; his bamboo sword hurts, but his lectures hit harder, stacking mental damage with every strike.
• CP-E63. Judo Girl — A cheerful judoka whose idea of “talk it out” always starts with a clean throw to the mat.
• CP-E64. Thin Man — A wiry brawler running purely on caffeine and bravado. His only armor is the phrase, “I can still go, it’s fine.”
• CP-E65. Fat Man — A heavyweight uncle who guards himself with crossed arms. His ultimate move is a guilt-inducing sigh you can feel in your HP bar.
• CP-E66. Thin Woman — An office worker whose sharp gaze cuts deeper than any blade; one silent glare inflicts both Defense Down and Motivation Down on the whole party.
• CP-E67. Fat Woman — A self-styled VIP who believes the world is one big customer service desk; her final technique is the dreaded, “Can I speak to your manager?”
• CP-E68. Evil King — A tyrant who taxes not only wealth but hope itself. On the battlefield, as in meetings, he has no intention of letting anyone else speak.
• CP-E69. Evil Queen — A witch-queen who maintains her beauty with poison, curses, and laser-like spells; for the sake of her looks, sacrificing a kingdom is just skincare.
• CP-E70. Arrogant Prince — A sheltered royal who thinks his whole life is still the tutorial. The moment the difficulty spikes, he’s the first one to flee.
• CP-E71. Arrogant Princess — A glittering princess who measures human worth by the amount of applause; her ultimate skill is a wedding plan that consumes the national budget.
• CP-E72. Old Knight — A veteran knight whose joints creak louder than his armor, yet he’s still more reliable than the rookies—a true old-school tank.
• CP-E73. Dark Knight (M) — A brooding swordsman sealed inside cursed armor; his hobby is standing in doorways and delivering ominous one-liners.
• CP-E74. Dark Knight (F) — A ruthless lancer in black plate. She doesn’t believe in mercy, but she has very strict standards for cape movement and finishing poses.
• CP-E75. Corrupt Politician — A smiling lawmaker who turns every promise into fog; with each speech, more tax money quietly converts into personal buffs.
• CP-E76. Angry Boss — A manager whose face lives in the red zone. One pointed finger is a ranged attack, and his blame-shifting combos have way too many hits.
• CP-E77. Spiteful Woman — A career warrior who fights with gossip and performance reviews; every dramatic sigh deals stacking mental damage to the whole party.
• CP-E78. Fallen Hero — A once-legendary savior who now marches at the head of the demon army, “retiring” his former party members one execution at a time.
• CP-E79. Corrupt Cleric — A priest who demands donations up front and miracles “later”; he checks the ledgers far more carefully than the scriptures.
• CP-E80. Bloodstained Executioner — A silent specialist who swings the axe without hesitation; mercy, appeals, and last-second dodges do not apply—only the dark stains on his blade tell the story of his work.
• CP-E81. Shady Merchant — A grinning underworld trader; the cheaper the deal looks, the more hidden fees and nasty debuffs are bundled inside.
• CP-E82. Black Company CEO — A beaming CEO who shuffles contracts like playing cards; employees are treated as disposable summons in his favorite “business strategies.”
• CP-E83. Overworked Employee — A walking caffeine dispenser buried in files and lukewarm coffee; his special move is collapsing on the spot and dragging allies and enemies into the domino effect.
• CP-E84. Cult Leader — A robed preacher whose catchphrase is “You’ll rise quickly here”; endless chanting drains followers’ sanity faster than their HP.
• CP-E85. Cursed Timecard — A burning timesheet that flags overtime with every punch; once you clock in, you’ll need an exorcism before you can clock out.
• CP-E86. Infernal Contract — A demonic document that trades power for your freedom, future, and lunch break; the smaller the print, the more dangerous the clause.
• CP-E87. Camera Eye — A creepy surveillance orb with cable tentacles; the more you want something erased, the more clearly it uploads it to the cloud in HD.
• CP-E88. Office Chair — A cursed swivel chair that drains posture, motivation, and HP from anyone who sits too long; by the time you stand up, your whole status sheet is ruined.
• CP-E89. Guillotine Platform — An old wooden frame with a slanted blade that never quite loses its red tint. The edge waits eternally at drop height, and the luck of whoever touches the lever is their last line of defense.
• CP-E90. Door Monster — A snarling office door-beast that growls at late arrivals; for low-level employees, it sometimes refuses to open at all.
